This was a quick video our AHR team member Megan created today for a runner who has been suffering some achilles/calf issues following a running event a few weeks ago.
The Achilles is a very common injury area for runners due to the accumulative load put onto the tendon. Here is a video that discusses briefly exactly that, as well as some management options. Please note, as mentioned in the description of the video on YouTube, the exercise can also be started on a flat surface such as the floor if using the step is too much initially.
