We have no problem spending money on buying a car, servicing it, repairing it when it breaks down and putting petrol in it weekly. But if it breaks down beyond repair, or if you are due for an upgrade, we sell and buy a new one! Unfortunately we cannot do that for our bodies, we only have the one!

By performing maintenance on our own bodies, it keeps them mobile, injury free and ready to perform at its best! But unfortunately we have found many do not perform basic maintenance on themselves and on a regular enough basis, leading them to break down and get injured.

Our Body Maintenance workshop is held over 1.5 hours, and it focuses on teaching you how to take back control and perform self-maintenance exercises using rollers, lacrosse and spiky balls, bands and more, to keep you mobile and injury free.

As our practitioners like to say, '10 minutes of exercise a day, keeps the physio away'!
