Megan has over 7 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and over 10 years in the sporting industry; and has worked in Hospitals, Private Physiotherapy and Wellness Clinics, Gyms and with a variety of sporting teams and individual athletes. Megan is WorkCover NSW, Medicare and Health fund accredited; is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and is a Professional member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), Exercise and Sport Science Australia (ESSA), and is an International member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Megan has previously written for Search 4 Hurt magazine (featuring in issues 4 and 5) and the membership portal has also featured in the May 2014 issue of the MMA Main Event Magazine in the US.
Megan herself is a keen fitness and sport enthusiast, competing previous in a variety of levels in soccer, including representative Soccer for Blacktown Spartans and Nepean FC in the NSW Women's Premier and State Leagues, and as a Amateur Muay Thai fighter. Currently she trains in running and powerlifting, having her first Powerlifting competition at the PTC Macarthur Novice Powerlifting Competition 2.0 in January 2016 and running her first trail half marathon at the Glow Worm Trail Weekend in June 2016.
